We’re a net zero, family run, certified organic winery and vineyard in Summerland BC. As of the 2019 vintage, all of our wines are fermented using only naturally occurring yeast present on the skins of our grapes. These wines are natural, meaning they’re made without the use of any additions. We use very low amounts of so2 depending on the wine; this information is always found on our bottles.
