Get ready for a one-of-a-kind adventure aboard a historic steam locomotive, paired with the finest selections from Summerland’s renowned Bottleneck Drive wineries, cideries, craft breweries, and distilleries. This enchanting afternoon event features a two hour train journey through the picturesque countryside of Summerland, BC. complemented by exceptional drinks, gourmet bites and live music.

Extended Experience: This year, the event is 30 minutes longer, giving you plenty of time to unwind and enjoy every moment at a relaxed pace.

Assigned Seating: To make sure you can enjoy the ride with your friends, we’ve arranged for assigned seating on the train.

Reception Before Departure: Kick off the event with a welcome reception featuring delicious appetizers, Summerland wines, ciders, craft beers, premium spirits, and live music.

Onboard Tastings: Sommeliers will be on board to guide you through tastings of the region’s best beverages.

Sweet Endings: When we return to the station, indulge in a dessert reception to wrap up your experience.

Exclusive Shopping: Take home a taste of the day’s offerings at the Martin Street Liquor Merchants’ on-site store, where you can purchase your favorite wines, ciders, craft beers, and premium spirits.

Complimentary All-Access Pass: From June 19 to June 23, 2025, enjoy a Complimentary All-Access Pass, entitling you to drop in at participating Bottleneck Drive establishments for a quick tasting—on us! Just show your event ticket's e-receipt and enjoy a tasting at as many locations as you’d like.

Ticket Details: Price is $169 per person, plus GST and fees. Includes a scenic return steam train ride with assigned seating, wine, cider, craft beers, premium spirits, appetizers, dessert reception, a scenic stop at a trestle bridge, live music, and your All-Access Pass as described.

We are partnering with our fabulous neighbours from Summerland Smoke Shack again! We are offering a plated Brisket dinner. This savoury plate comes piled high with meat, coleslaw, potato salad, baked beans and a dinner roll. As well as a seasonal fruit crumble dessert and ice cream. Steamed outside on the patio and served in bamboo steamers, Van Doren Chan’s handmade dumplings pair amazingly with our Lunessence wines. Chaiyo - Pamplemousse Jus Natural Winery Inc./Dominion Cider

Dominion Cider, Dumpling Drop and Pamplemousse Jus want you to join us for an evening of live music and Thai food outside at Pamplemousse Jus Natural Winery Inc. Wine from Pamplemousse Jus and cider from Dominion Cider will be available to enjoy alongside Tarn and her Dumpling Drop teams epic Thai creations. Eat and be merry in a casual outdoor setting post train ride to keep the party going, on the longest night of the year. $10pp + GST & fees to reserve your spot and includes cover for the band.
